Terms & Conditions

• Standard Rental Duration: 6 days from the delivery date. The dumpster will be picked up on the same weekday the following week.
• Extended Rental: $30/day beyond the standard 6-day period.

• Timing: Monday–Friday, between 6:30 AM – 8:00 PM.
• Scheduling: Routes are scheduled efficiently; customer presence is not required.
• Failed Attempts: $95 charge within city limits for blocked access, unsafe conditions, or customer refusal.

• Included in Price: Delivery, pick-up, and landfill disposal.
• Swap Outs / Reloads: Pricing varies based on availability and customer need.
• Special Requests: Additional charges may apply.

• Safe Usage: Proper and safe use required; no relocation or overloading.
• Damage Liability: Customer is responsible for any damage and excess weight over 5 tons.
• Overfilling: $95 fee for filling above the designated fill line.

• Do Not Dispose: Tires, paint, appliances with Freon, hazardous materials, bio-liquids, and similar prohibited materials.
• Excess Weight: $55/ton beyond the included weight allowance.
• Illegal Dumping: Customer is liable for all disposal fees and penalties.

• Site Access: Customer guarantees access and appropriate surface conditions.
• Permits: Customer is responsible for any required permits.
• Damage: Customer accepts all liability for surface or property damage.

• Payment Due: At time of order. Additional fees are due at pick-up.
• Non-Payment: Overdue invoices (30+ days) may enter collections.
• Adjustments: All adjustments are billed to the card on file.

• Customer Indemnity: Customer is responsible for any injury or damage resulting from dumpster use.
• Limited Liability: Junker's Sanitation is not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages.

By providing your mobile phone number on an order, quote, or contact form and checking the consent box, you agree to receive service-related and (if selected) promotional text messages (SMS/MMS) from Junker's Sanitation using an Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging system over a 10-digit long code (10DLC).

• Message Frequency: Varies. Standard message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel the text program at any time. Reply HELP for help. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of SMS does not opt you out of email or phone communications.
• Carriers: We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, nor for any carrier fees associated with text messaging.

• Precedence: These terms override prior communications. Any changes must be in writing.
• Photos Required: Site photos before and during drop-off are mandatory.
• Delays: Junker's Sanitation is not liable for weather, traffic, or landfill-related delays.
• Placement Limits: Dumpster must remain where delivered; improper placement may result in service refusal.
• Customer Agreement: Covers truck and dumpster damage to driveways, lawns, concrete, or underground lines.
• Loading Guidelines: Contents must be level with the top and doors secured.
• Driver Communication: Only office personnel can schedule or modify agreements.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Effective Date" and notify users on our website or via email if appropriate. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
