What can I put in the dumpster?

You can throw away general household junk, construction debris, yard waste, furniture, and non-hazardous materials. Prohibited items include tires, batteries, paint, chemicals, asbestos, and other hazardous waste.

Do I need a permit to place a dumpster?

If the dumpster will be placed on a street or public property, a permit may be required. We’ll help guide you through that process.

What happens if I overfill the dumpster?

For safety and legal reasons, debris cannot exceed the top of the dumpster. If it’s overfilled, we may not be able to haul it away until the excess is removed. Overfill fees may apply.

What areas do you service for your trash route?

We currently serve Plattsmouth, Springfield, and Beaver Lake, including both residential and small business routes. Not sure if you're in our zone? Contact us to find out!

What size is the trash can for your trash route services?

We use standard 96-gallon cans—same size as most city services. They hold plenty for the average household each week.

When is my pickup day for the trash route?

Pickup day depends on your location. Once you sign up, we’ll confirm your specific collection day and provide a pickup calendar.

What time should I have my can out for the trash route?

Please have your trash can to the curb by 6:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day to ensure service.

What items are NOT accepted in the regular trash?

Please avoid placing batteries, paint, motor oil, tires, or hazardous materials in your trash can. These require special disposal methods.

What if I forget to put my trash out?

Missed pickups happen! Let us know within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to swing back—or catch it next week if not.
